One person is under arrest following a shooting last night outside the Mall at Millenia.
Deputy Police Chief Eric Smith says off-duty officers took four people into custody at the scene, but only one is charged.
This morning, police identified the gunman as 19-year-old Trey'von Jaheim Graham. He's charged with attempted first-degree murder and discharging a firearm in public.
There's no known motive in the case.
The mall is expected to reopen for business as usual today.
